Board Roles and Responsibilities

Board members oversee strategic planning, financial stewardship, policy development, and uphold the mission of classical Christian education integrated with AI.

Meeting Protocols

Meetings are held monthly. Agendas are distributed in advance. Minutes are recorded and archived.

Compensation Policy

Board members may be compensated only if hired as independent contractors. If serving as school employees, they are considered paid volunteers and receive a set stipend and $100 per meeting attended.

Ethical Standards

Board members must adhere to conflict of interest policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold Christian moral values in decision-making.
